Mind over Matter – A Reflection

I thought I would share a reflection on Mind over Matter – A lesson I have learned is to distract my mind from thinking about what I do not have in the moment to what I do have and I am very grateful…I have also learned how to use distraction techniques when dealing with difficult sad emotions…To calm down I will do something very boring such as addition exercises…Or get in the pool…By learning how to cope with life on life’s terms this way I learn to parent myself so that I can be a more effective and better parent to my son…As a thank you for your follows likes and shares enjoy more YouTube Stuff…
