Dice – The Net – A Reflection

In Dice and The Net Ilia Kramarik writes on page 82 of his amazing book of art and prose titled The Future Never Gives Up…Dice — “The rolling dice are looking for a flat surface in the boxes of my mind.” — The Net — “Butterflies in the streets…Behind me – a broken net.” Ilia Kramarik…Ilia dedicates his book on page 3 of his book as follows…”Dedication – I dedicate this book to the smiles of all the children” What a beautiful and worthy dedication…I dedicate this post also to the smiles of all the children to join Ilia in such a noble and worthy dedication…I felt called to write the Lamentations of the Unborn inspired by Ilia’s sister’s book which I share in depth reflections from on this blog…My blog has many things on it these days not just The Lamentations of the Unborn…The featured image I choose for this reflection is a chess peace which is a pawn…This pawn is a symbol for the terrible reality that many of us are like pawns in chess…You know the world cup will be hosted in 2022 by a different nation but what is making the news surrounding preparations for the world cup is turning many stomachs…We know that The Future Never Gives up but human capital human beings are our future and out futures always start with our children…From the unborn growing baby in its mother’s womb waiting to be born to adults like you and I who hope to make a difference in our own small and unique ways…However, when we realize that by attending world events like the widely popular world cup that we are supporting the wicked practice of abusing migrant workers and basic human rights do we stop and think? I bring this to your attention because of what is making the news…According to the news more than 6,500 migrant workers died while making preparations for the 2022 world cup…You can read this news here: https://www.yahoo.com/sports/report-more-than-6500-migrant-workers-have-died-during-qatars-world-cup-prep-043412847.html – In light of this terrible news I would say most folks who enjoy the world cup would not go for this kind of maltreatment of our fellow human beings migrant worker or not…Human beings have basic rights and when we trample underfoot the basic rights of the human being then we are destroying our own humanity from within…We do not need war mongers or warriors to destroy us for we destroy ourselves from within when we badly treat human beings…I am on fire for human rights and it is for this reason I am personally boycotting 2022’s world cup festivities and activities because the world needs to mourn the loss of the 6,500 migrant workers…The same is true of places like Mount Rushmore a place I visited and was in awe of…I shed tears in honor of the fallen mostly Native American’s who like those 6,500 migrant workers fell to their deaths and died in various forms during the construction of Mount Rushmore…”Houses built on other people’s tears shall not stand”…That is a quote to live by sorry I have no idea who wrote that so I quote it to credit whomever coined that phrase…As I write this morning I hear sirens and I hear the sound of the sirens often where I live…I suppose due to unrest and anxiety…Many are anxious today so those sirens could be a well check or something more serious…I pray for all involved in policing and our first responders whose jobs are often thankless and tedious…Empathy fatigue is common among those who work in our fine helping professions in every walk of life…Particularly our nursing technicians and nurses and other medical professionals…I get anxious and overwhelmed and I wonder too do I bite off more than I can chew on certain days…I have learned to pace myself and my dog is very easy going and easy to manage so on days I feel like I need a vacation from caring for my dog I remember how easy going and easy to mind and manage my lovely dog is and so I allow myself space and time to breathe and to just be and by so doing my dog is much more calm and is also just being…I take my responsibilities in life seriously so with my son I work hard to forge a close bond and relationship with my growing young man so that he never ever has to question my love and devotion to his well being and success in life…My dog is a serious responsibility that I do take seriously…I would never just let my poor dog loose on on the streets of the USA or of America as that would be cruel and merciless and not kind and would drain the resources of our concerned citizens and neighbors who like me are animal lovers who would see fit to rescue my lovely dog or worse yet animal control would then be obliged to take my dog and my poor dog could risk being put down…Life is like a movie and choices we make affects our life’s show or movie…I do not know about others but for me my life movie is often rather dull and other times rather embarrassing and other times epic…I am only human and frail and far from perfect…In our humanity though it is a fine thing to share our frail nature with others…It is in our frail nature that we become stronger…Remember too that in sacred scriptures the God of life chooses the weak among us and makes the weak strong…I am weak not strong in many respects and I am very small in the big scheme of life…As I write my dog is napping on the couch a happy girl since she just had her nice morning walk and a feed…Adulting is not fun and there are times I do not like being an adult…I would rather be a teenager again free and in the wild of my teenage years which were epic in many respects…However, I am a 48 year old boring adult who must act like an adult which I do not love…That being said when we make good choices we help to build our neighbors and our communities around us because by making sound good choices others feel safe and comfortable around us…Even when faced with bad choices if those choices are not affecting our communities in an adverse way rather these choices affect you mostly in an adverse way then it is a fine thing to get the help you need to improve your circumstances…I have often gotten help in my own journey of eternity help that I am eternally grateful for…Kindly join me in a moment of silence for the fallen particularly those who died most recently during the preparations for the 2022 world cup…

A moment of silence – Thank U

In this ode to my Daddy I thank my beloved now deceased father for always believing in me his number five…My father was the only positive parent who was kind to all eight of us and who told me that I would be a good provider and not to depend on men in life…When I became pregnant and alone the words my Daddy said to me his wild Irish daughter stuck with me and so please join me in a moment of silence to honor my dearly departed and beloved Daddy a father of eight feisty wild Irish children…I am his number five…

A moment of silence please and thank U

…An ode to my Daddy a great man in his own right and small yet great way…

When all mortal flesh is silenced which will be an act of God mankind will wish they could hear the sound of the sirens…This song by Chainsmokers speaks to me about the often comforting sound of the sirens which often indicate help is on the way…When all mortal flesh is silenced mankind will learn once more to depend on God alone…Heaven has been silent for centuries but Heaven will not remain silent for all eternity…Just as Heaven has been silent throughout these centuries mankind will be silenced by all of Heaven and sirens will sound no more…Rather the trumpet of the angelic realm will sound and Michael will speak for the people of God as the scrolls are addressed and all fallen nations are forced by God himself to listen in silence while Heaven address all seven churches and all of the fallen nations…Heaven help us all…Enjoy this song by Chainsmokers…

…Siren an epic song…

Sick Boy by Chainsmokers speaks to me and is another brilliant epic song…About those who project and expect many to listen to their politico war machine bull crap…So call me crazy I care not after all there is much worse than you and I out there…
