This poem titled Don’t Cross Life was authored by Akiane kramarik at age 11 in her book titled My Dream Is Bigger Than I – Memories of Tomorrow – Part Four Page 186 “You will need your own copy of this book to view the full text of this poem.  I limit quotes for the purpose of discussion and to follow copyright guidelines that allows for limited quotes.”

This poem titled Don’t Cross Life consists of two stanzas with eleven lines each…The featured image or photograph I choose for this reflection was taken on one of the Irish Islands not sure if this was Inisheer or Inishmaan…The little cafe puts these darling large teacups out when they are open for business and then take them inside when they are closed for business…I love the ambiance and it appears as though I am walking through life with my son which is exactly what I was doing then and continue to do to this very day…I will now quote from the last stanza from Akiane’s poem…”I asked a thief to steal the lies—a masterpiece of deception hangs on the walls of acceptance. When each squeaky door opens you handcuff yourself and cut loose a frail prayer, because deceit ages only from the light. Do not cross life! I have already walked through it.” Wow from the pen or pencil of an eleven year old girl comes great wisdom…The first stanza which I did not quote is amazing too…I want to quote all of Akiane’s amazing prose but do not to follow copyright guidelines that allow for limited quotes for purposes of this review in the form of reflections…What comes to my mind as the reader of Akiane’s poetry and author of these reflections is this…My God the birds of the air have more rights than human beings…My God the human child has no rights anymore and the right to basic human life has been systemically and categorically removed from the human child through webs of lies and deceit via narratives hell bent on destroying our own species…Also in the wake of more senseless hate crimes done to the black communities under the guise of the so called “war on drugs”…Human life has been crossed for centuries now now just in the black communities but around the world…The Native Americans went before all of us and in my keeping are these Native American Tears…The Apache Tears…The Wounded Knee Tears to name but a few….Also, in my keeping are the tears of the Irish Child the tears of my own small nation Ireland also systemically and categorically destroyed for more than five hundred years via the same industrial schools that the Native Americans were forced to fill…In my keeping are the tears of my Muslim friends destroyed during the Armenian genocide and oppression around the world not just in Turkey…In my keeping are the tears of Mexico, and Argentina, and all of South and Central America who were forced into slavery just like the Irish and African nations and Muslim nations…No nation land color creed and religion escaped profane whisky laws…Profane drug war laws…Profane abortion laws…Profane segregation laws…No justice was done on earth and in my keeping are the tears of the down trodden around the world…To study the Irish slavery look up the Magdalene Laundries where Irish girls were enslaved in the name of God of all things…Look up the mother baby home in Tuam Ireland…Look up the Ryan Report…These do not scratch the surface of more than five hundred years of systemic abuse in Ireland…In my keeping are the tears of the black communities and when I learned of the use of excessive force on Mr. George Floyd which resulted in his death…I shed tears I became emotional because the death of Mr. George Floyd struck a nerve a raw nerve around the world not just in the black community but among all twelve tribes of Israel including my tribe…In my keeping are the tears of the Jewish Nations also viciously downtrodden for centuries…In my keeping are the tears of the Chinese destroyed in Tiananmen square…I visited Hong Kong China shortly after that deadly massacre…In my keeping are the tears of China’s loud cry centuries old from centuries of oppression…In my keeping are these Japanese Tears and the Tears of All of Asia and Asia Minor from centuries of oppression…No nation island color creed and religion escaped centuries of oppression…As a thank you for reading this reflection…Enjoy my song titled Rosa Parks addressing the problem of lives being crossed for far too long…Please join me first in a moment of solemn silence for all whose lives were crossed the down trodden around the world….Life has been crossed and the time is coming for Justice to fall with the help of heaven…Heaven help us all…For The Black Lives Matter movement the Pro-Life Movement the Me Too Movement for all of the downtrodden including the Gay Community this post is for you…I also included my song titled I’m Just a chemical addressing the unspoken suffering of the down trodden the least among us who are the greatest in heaven the unborn child…………Namaste…………

Rosa Parks – a voice for all slaves and yes Black Lives Matter – All life matters…………Don’t Cross Life…………
I’m Just A Chemical – I am the voice for the unborn child…Addressing ways our humanity has been inhumane to the unborn child reducing the unborn child to nothing but an opinion a chemical a blob of tissue which is inhuman in humane and pure evil…………
