The Cloak – A Reflection

This poem titled The Cloak was authored by Akiane kramarik at age 8 in her book titled My Dream Is Bigger Than I – Memories of Tomorrow – Part Two Page 66. “You will need your own copy of this book to view the full text of this poem.  I limit quotes for the purpose of discussion and to follow copyright guidelines that allows for limited quotes.”

The cloak consists of five stanzas the first stanza has three lines the second, third and fourth stanzas have four lines and the last stanza has three lines.  The photograph I choose for this poem is of a lake in Ireland.  I forget where we were when this photo was taken…All I can tell ya is it was somewhere in county Mayo…It looks so peaceful there and very picturesque too…Akiane mentions a stream in her poem titled The Cloak which is why I choose this stream photograph… A lake from streams of water…This poem describes a child who is too small for the cloaks.  So the child says in the third stanza “the cloaks were too big for me so i hung them above the well for whoever needed them.”  The last two stanzas say “as i slept my eyelids grew thicker and i saw beside me Christ in a cloak waiting for me” “bubbling home I was a stream”.  To me the reader and author of these lamentations of the unborn.  This is a child who fell into the eternal sleep of death and it is Christ who welcomes this child in a stream back to heaven.  Could the stream be a stream of blood?  Such as the blood shed by abortion on demand.  The child in this poem says “bubbling home i was a stream.”  When I quote Akiane I am certain to keep the i in lower case which is exactly the way Akiane wrote these poems with lower case i’s.  The purpose of the lower case i’s in her poems is to showcase the voiceless unborn to show the world that the children were not heard or listened to and their cries were silent screams silent cries ignored by the world.  To me the reader of this poem this is a child that was aborted on demand who fell into the eternal sleep of death in a stream of it’s own blood.  Christ welcomes aborted children to himself as children are pure white as the driven snow.  Children are not capable of any wrong doing and the most innocent are the helpless wee babes both in the womb and outside of the womb.  To all children lost to the scourge of abortion and contraception on demand this work titled the Lamentations of the unborn is for you.  To honour the ocean and sea of innocent blood shed on the altar of convenience under the euphemism choice and abortion and contraception on demand.  Because there are many false things today I hope another section from my YouTube Channel makes you laugh or chuckle.  I created a fake psychic section on YouTube where I make fun of fake Psychics…I have a friend who is psychic and even she can appreciate my humor in this section.  There are many charlatans out there and the biggest lie of all is the lie that the unborn child is nothing but an opinion to be discarded at will!!!….
